We had a late night visitor!

The tooth fairy finally came to our house last night. Makenna was so scared to pull out that tooth. She cried and cried. But Grandma got it out with a little bit of work and lots of love. She looks so funny without her tooth. All of a sudden, she looks more grown up. This morning she came running out of her room with a letter from the tooth fairy and $5 (it was going to be $10, but we figured we would have to leave $10 the next time)- So, mom I owe you $5 back.

date night tonight!

Ok, it's been a while... what's new. I can't ever seem to get over here to update the blog on a regular basis.

Zac and I have this deal now where every month we each take turns and plan a date for us. The thing is, it can't be only dinner/movie. (I am so bored of those). I wanted the date to be creative and out of the box. Something neither has ever done where we could create memories that mean something to both of us. We are so different in our interests, it's amazing we even got together, let alone stay married for 11 years!

This month is my turn, so guess where we are going tonight? To watch professional bull riders! LOL! I think this is hilarious, because if you knew my husband, he is NOT a countryboy type. (can you say heavy/death metal)... when I told him, he was excited! Tickets have been available since November, so good seats were slim pickin's, but hopefully I can get some good pictures.
